Upon opening the tin, immediately a unique aroma can be smelled. For me it is leathery, and kind of remind me of the aroma once we entered the airplane or when we open our luggage from the airport. It is very unique and very interesting for me and strangely I love it. It remind me from my collage time when I had to flew to other country, waiting in the airport and eager to flew back to my country just to meet my family. Well what can I say, spot on.. It has a thicker texture than the other Varian. I used around 2.5 scoops onto my hair. Spreading it over my hand and hair is fairly easy it has a good grip and waxy feeling. Has a good Medium shine in my hair and a good Medium Hold. Since this is my day off and I just need to take my son and my wife to a Shopping Mall I used a Messy Pomp Style, or I can say a Lazy Pomp style, LOL.. Thats why I used only a few scoops and restyle it is very easy since I only use my hand.
Overall this pomade is a very good Medium Hold Pomade with a Medium Shine. Have a unique and nice scent that bring some old memories.
